I know so many highly successful women in our society. There are such women who have the power to change the world, to achieve their goals and become successful in their desired field. They have seen so many successful business women, who are running their business very gracefully. If they look around they also find such women who touch the limits of perfection in their specific field. But it was not so easy for a woman to think about running her own business a century ago. The woman was supposed to sit at home and do house chores. But time has changed now. Now the woman has the freedom to do whatever she likes. And they see there are numberless women who appear on the horizon or creativity and bring the world something new and unique. Eugenia Kim( For more information ) is a great name in this respect. She comes with an idea of a hat and impresses the world. She came from the family of medical practitioners. In the start, Eugenia Kim faced some kind of resistance. Her family was not much pleased by her work. In one she interviews Eugenia Kim tells"For the first six months, my parents absolutely didn't support me". It is how she started her career. 

 How does it feel when you know someone who is a designer and does not know how to draw? It sounds quite strange that how it could be possible. Creativity in fashion field is dependent on drawing. First, a designer illustrates designs on paper and then gives life to it. But in the case of Eugenia Kim we have something unique. She is the person who knows the best use of technology. She uses the Microsoft Excel to draw her design. She tells in one her interviews that she does not know how to draw. If a person wants to be successful knowledge and awareness is very important. A person must know how to utilize the other sources. 

In 1997, Eugenia Kim opened her first retail store in New York. She studies fashion designing from Parsons School of Designs. At that time she was also associated with a magazine, named Allure. In a newspaper interview, Eugenia Kim tells how she starts designing hats. She tells she was being fired from her job. When she was got fire she shaved her head. Then for the purpose to cover the head she made a hat with feathers so that it could look like hair. And when she went out with her feather hat, it got the attention of everyone. Some store owners requested to design such hats for them. This is how she starts her business and she is a most successful business woman of the present era. Now she has more than 100 outlets and retail store in all over the store. There are also some online stores. This is how she sets the example for other women who are interested in establishing their own business.
